Quality control and marking.
The camera detects every can on the conveyor, prints the lot code via inkjet, and routes defects to a separate rejection lane. No line stops.
Vision for the robotic arm.
The robot sees cans on the infeed, assembles 6-pack boxes, stacks them on the pallet. Fill control, pallet identification, transfer to the accounting system.
Autonomous transport.
The pallet truck picks up the pallet from the robot and moves it through the shop to the warehouse. Real-time tracking, safe lanes with markings and bollards.
L-shaped scanner.
The pallet passes under the arch — we capture length, width, height, volume, and weight. Tolerance check, auto-transfer to WMS / 1C.
Real-time cell accounting.
A camera on the ceiling gantry scans the racks. Sees which cell received the pallet and how much is free. Utilization and SKU search through your WMS.
Full cycle in 14 days.
We deliver cameras and servers, set them up for your line and warehouse, train the model on your data. Milestone-based payments — first result at the demo.
